Simple Palak Chicken / Spinach chicken curry- Hyderabadi

  1. Wash and marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder. Keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions untill translucent. Add the chicken and saute on high flame for 2 minutes.

Recipe Notes
  1. Preferably use chicken with bones to get a more juicy and flavorful gravy.
  2. Adding water to the gravy is optional but not suggested, as the moisture from chicken and spinach will be quite enough to form a nice stewy gravy.
